Luis Fortuño está en Washington DC trabajando por la firma legal Steptoe y Johnson.  Mira lo que dice Steptoe sobre Luis Fortuño:

Luis Fortuño, además de haber hecho un trabajo excepcional como gobernador, instaló la ley en Puerto Rico de la Alianza Público – Privada.  Eso nos ha permitido hacer 2 inversiones muy importantes en Puerto Rico – las autopistas de Puerto Rico y el aeropuerto internacional de Puerto Rico.

Luis Fortuño, como parte de su función en esta firma, es asesor en asuntos sobre Puerto Rico.  Esta misma firma representa compañías estadounidenses que quieren comprar todas las corporaciones públicas de Puerto Rico para que estén en manos privadas.  Tan pronto eso ocurra, estos servicios serán más caros.  Cuando los puertorriqueños no podamos pagarlos, tendremos que abandonar a Puerto Rico.  Tan pronto seamos minoría en Puerto Rico, entonces vendrá la estadidad para Puerto Rico.

Noam Chomsky lo dijo en su libro, PROFIT OVER PEOPLE (página 21) que existe un conflicto entre la democracia y la demanda de tener un clima político y económico favorable para la inversión privada.  El neoliberalismo estadounidense se trata de permitirle a sus corporaciones hacer todo el dinero posible sin importarle lo que le pase a sus ciudadanos y al resto del mundo.

Por eso seguiremos protestando pacíficamente y permanentemente para la descolonización de Puerto Rico.  En vez de cumplir con las 34 resoluciones de la Organización de Naciones Unidas para que inmediatamente descolonice a Puerto Rico, el gobierno de Estados Unidos ha estado trabajando incansablemente para sacarnos de Puerto Rico.

Como recientemente dijo el autor del libro WAR AGAINST ALL PUERTO RICANS, Nelson A. Denis, los puertorriqueños tenemos que entender que esto es otro Vieques.  ¡Proteste ahora, porque los que nos quieren botar de nuestra isla no creen en la JUSTICIA PARA TODOS!

Luis Fortuño, aside from having done an excellent job as governor, installed in Puerto Rico the Private – Public Partnership law that permitted us to make 2 very significant investments – the Puerto Rico highway system and the Puerto Rico international airport. 

Luis Fortuño, as part of his function in this firm, is the advisor for Puerto Rico affairs. This firm represents many companies that want to buy the rest of Puerto Rico’s public companies, so that they could be in private hands.  As soon as this is done, the cost for these services will go up.  When Puerto Ricans can’t pay for them, they will be forced to abandon Puerto Rico.  The moment Puerto Ricans become a minority in Puerto Rico, we would then become the 51^st state of the Union.
